Hi Mike - I'm not sure why the Comcast people did not come out over the weekend as they said they would. I will follow-up today to get some answers.

Thanks Courtney. There are several pedestal terminals on North Regatta that are open and missing securing screws. I don't know why Comcast Employees don't care about securing their terminals. Every time I try to get Comcast to do anything it takes a PUC Complaint to get it done. It's to bad Comcast doesn't care about securing it's plant.
