It does belong to a neighbor, but the registration is expired more than 6 months. Our last 2 p/t Cadets are currently working on requests from Feb 2022. We have over 2,000 pending abandoned vehicle requests. It will take awhile, but we will eventually check on this vehicle. Thank you for your patience.
