Per Public Works: The damage is located on the driveway at this location. It is the responsibility of the property owner to replace and maintain this area.

Is the owner not required to maintain sidewalks in front of their establishment? What recourse does the neighborhood have to get this fixed?

This has been sent back to Public Works for further evaluation.

Per Public Works, the crack in the sidewalk is on the repair list.
