A 20+ foot section of the bank along Rosengarten Alley has washed away. Further erosion will impact safe travel for any drivers along Rosengarten Alley.
Another section has just fallen in as well. Serious stream bank erosion.

At what time are businesses allowed to play music extremely loud?
Hello, my name is Zack Medford and I am one of the owners of Coglins. Thank you for the feedback.
I am a little confused, we don't have anyone even scheduled to arrive until 4pm daily and we don't open our doors until 4:30pm. Even when we open, we keep our music at a low level during the daytime hours because people want to be able to hold a conversation.
I am disappointed that you made this comment anonymously because we definitely want to do our best to be good neighbors. If you would like to contact me directly to discuss solutions in person.
I just made a trip over to the folks who have offices above us to make sure they weren't having any problems. The folks at 224 Fayetteville street were pretty confused by this complaint as well, as they haven't had any sound issues.
Please reach out to me so we can discuss your concerns.

I took a picture of the one I see blinking often, not sure if it's the one that's being referred to or not.
i believe the pole in question is GJ68 BK which is on Dupont Circle at the bend at the bottom of the hill. the one from Leigh above is on Kinsey Street.
oops, the one noted by Leigh is at the corner of Dupont and Kinsey so it may be the correct one. i know the one I listed goes on and off constantly.
It is the one right in front of 102 Dupont Circle.
