Heading southbound on 102 st. (Resource Road) at 99 Ave. the advance green arrow and straight through green should be synchronized. It's a one way turning east onto 99th ave., It makes no sense to hold back southbound traffic during the advance green turning phase.

"we will currently looking" ?? What does that mean?
Are you going to change this or not? There is no reason for a turning light onto a one way street.
I have witnessed a number of near misses at that intersection because of these lights - including an RCMP officer driving through... This needs to be changed before someone gets rear-ended and hurt.

We have been out at this intersection and the thru traffic is getting a signal with the advance. I suspect you may have been at the signal when a timing plan changed causing a delay to the thru, but this is not normal operation.
It might be best to contact engineering services directly at 780-538-0417 to better explain the concern.
