We have 2 street lights on Felton Circle within the Heritage at Crabapple Subdivision that are not functioning properly. The nearest address is 4025 Felton Circle. Both lights have been clearly identified with colored flagging tied around them. We're hoping these can be repaired prior to Halloween when so many children will be walking the neighborhood.
