Descrição
On the North side of W Hargett Street across from the Boylan Street Pub, there are several problem areas for pedestrians. The sidewalk is narrow and feels like a dark tunnel due to overgrown trees and bushes encroaching onto the sidewalk. There is a trashy brushy area, where it looks like homeless folks may be sleeping. As the sidewalk nears the railroad track, grass has completely covered the sidewalk. Then when the pedestrian gets near the railroad, there is a pond of rainwater in the street. Usually pedestrians walk in the street. Please give us some help. Thanks.

That said, it might be beneficial, if feasible easily, to leave such items open as pending, even if it may be for a few months. The City could post "Acknowledged, Inspections case pending, which may take several months". Otherwise we do have the issue as here that citizens keep re-reporting it. If someone goes in, and see it is open and being worked, it would be clearer about the status. This is also how it is explained somewhere in SCF FAQs.
To summarize, if feasible, in the interest of clarity and transparency, leaving it acknowledged and open until really completed might be better, and only marginally more labor-intensive. Thanks a lot again to the City for supporting that Open and very visible Process that SeeClickFix is!
