A utility lid/cap is missing right at the property line leaving a hole (about 6 inches in diameter) in the grass that is deep. It is a risk to walkers along the sidewalk, especially those walking dogs that are prone to trapping a leg. My dogs leg fell into hole and he nearly injured himself. Thanks!
