The open trash containers at the Hue are overflowing again; this is definitely a health hazard and will soon attract pests if it already hasn't. The City should get involved since this is a recurring problem.

The leasing agent told me how luxxxxxurious the Hue is. ROFL.
I thought about moving there but when I visited the trash chute was backed up like it had exploded and I couldn't imagine living next to 2 clubs with loud music and screaming queens til 3am. Not to mention the smell of bleach and jizzybajoo coming from the adult bookstore across the street.
I hope you're getting what you pay for! ;-)

To whomever posted this, if you just moved in, you were suckered. I hope you get out. I made the mistake of moving in this place when it first started leasing. WORST mistake of my life. Thank God I am out of there now. Get used to the trash. This is the norm here. (And I hope you bought some earplugs too!)
Good Luck.

I think the City responded well to this problem.

I think the residents should continue to complain to the managing company over the HUE, not to HUE themselves, as they have shown time and again that they do not care to fix the recurring overflowing trash problem.
This is a problem with a private company, not the city.
You folks in the HUE should contact the managing company over the HUE @

Other than that, I suggest you show these trash problems and take them to WRAL or WTVD and have their consumer reporter. They love stories like this, especially when you have visuals like this.
