There is NO place to park on the street with sweeping restrictions in place, and the reason is that TONS of the cars either have no resident permit, or belong to residents who use other people's visitor tags EVERY DAY OF THE YEAR, and the city does nothing about it. The city has known for a long time that this system does not work, but they don't want to take the responsibility of fixing it. Today would be a good day to ticket cars on Mansfield, Compton, Woodland, Tilton, and part of Winchester.
