Per Public Works, The multi-way stop evaluation for the intersection of Martin @ Harrington is complete. None of the major warrants were met. The volume warrant was met on the minor street but not the major street. Both sections of the volume warrant need to be met. The optional warrant of the intersection of two collector streets, by itself, is not enough to approve the installation. We recommend that a request to re-evaluate the intersection be sent when all the redevelopment scheduled for that neighborhood is complete.
