The multi-way stop evaluation for the intersection of Hargett @ West is complete. The intersection did not meet any of the major warrants. It did meet the optional warrant of the intersection of two collector streets. Meeting that warrant alone does not qualify the street for approval. I am denying the request for multi-way stops at this time. I do recommend that a request for re-evaluation be sent once the Citrix building at the corner is complete and occupied.
