  Traffic circles are a mess. Have you been to any Seattle neighborhoods recently? I have and we do not want them here. Even with a stop sign people will speed along arterials.

  Both are deterrents to use 164th as an arterial and instead stick to 168th. Yes, I lived in seattle for 15+ years until recently. The amount of people that go 40+ on 164th over speed bumps amazes me daily.
