City of Vallejo assigned this issue to PW_Carlos

I reported this a couple weeks ago but nothing gets done in Vallejo

Yeah that's why I'm reporting it again. Nothing changes nothing changes. Having a celebration for my lady that just Graduated with her PhD. Dr. Rizzo so it would be nice to have a party with no Ghetto trash in the neighborhood. May 15th Godspeed.
