There is no record of this case being open in code violations. This has been like this for more than a couple of months. There was a bunch of wood dumped there which was picked up but the tree branches, and leaf debris from storms is clogging the cement drainage ditch near the metal grate the covers the underground street crossing. I think this is a city issue and somebody needs to at least take a look at it.
