Car has been parked on Bradley Street for at least two weeks, with a flat tire. I'm wondering if it's been abandoned, although it does have a zone three parking tag hanging on the mirror.

A new "fire pump" has apparently been installed in the New Roosevelt's Restaurant on State St., on the wall of the building which abuts the wall of my Bradley St. apartment (131 Bradley).

The pump turns on every few minutes, vibrating my wall and floor and causing a low rumble for two minutes at a time. Very disturbing.

There are a series of puddles on Bradley Street. This is the deepest and newest, in front of 155.
