Markings ArchiviatoPace St & N Person St Raleigh, NC, 27604, USA - Blount CorridorThe signage and lane markings at this intersection are inadequate and dangerous. Cars are turning from the wrong lane and changing lanes dangerously. The two left-turn-only signs on Peace Street to turn left onto Person Street are too close together. Drivers in the left left-turn lane do not realize that the right lane is also left-turn only. Also the temporary street markings do not guide vehicles in the left left-turn lane into the left lane of Person street and they often cut cars off in the right left-turn lane as they pull into the right lane of Person Street.
Additionally, the large no parking zone in front of the BP looks like a driving lane and cars in the right lane of Person Street are having to pull into the bike lane/curb space to avoid cars in the left lane cutting them off to make the right turn onto Boundary Street. -
