Is the control malfunctioning, not set correctly, or is there some logic to this? Doesn't the system recognize whether vehicles are present? No cars, no cars, wait wait wait, then WALK sign just as vehicles approach.

Alden isn't really at the corner but cars very frequently go through the red light and "turn right" 1/2 block east onto Alden. Besides the sign, can we get some enforcement at that hazardous intersection?
