Ambiguous right of way needs to be addressed Archiviato5424 Wade Park Boulevard Raleigh, North Carolina - WadeTraffic on the ramp exiting westbound Wade Avenue onto Southbound Oberlin flows onto a ramp with apparent right of way, but recently a new subdivision on this compound ramp / side road that also services traffic to Westbound Wade creates the potential for drivers originating from the new neighborhood street headed left toward Oberlin to conflict with drivers exiting westbound Wade. There needs to be clear markings and signage to determine right of way.

I-440 Exit 2 3, 4, etc, Raleigh, North Carolina - WadeThere are many political signs for for Sue Googe placed in the right of way of I-440. Driving north (east) from Cary you can see many of these on the shoulder. NC law very clearly disallows signs in the right of way of a controlled access highway. We are also well outside the compliant time period for an election in November.

Conversion from 2-way to 4-way stop needed Archiviato701 Chamberlain Raleigh, North Carolina - WadeThis intersection is dangerous in current configuration and should be converted to a 4-way stop like almost every other intersection along these streets (Chamberlain, Bedford). Today two cars collided with one being flipped. This could hopefully be avoided if additional stop signs were added.

The triangle at Everett and Gardner is a dangerous intersection that frequently confuses drivers because the right of way is unclear. At a minimum, markings and better signage is badly needed to educate drivers on how to use this intersection. Here are some of the issues observed today.
1. Southbound drivers on Gardner frequently treat the west side of the triangle as a southbound one way. Northbound drivers approaching the triangle frequently have no room to pass and are honked at. In general some drivers think Gardner is one way (southbound) in this area and treat it as such in both directions. This is compounded by curbside parking on the west side or Gardner that reduces the lane width and visibility.
2. Southbound drivers on Everett ignore the yield sign that applies to them. I have witnessed many near collisions between Southbound Everett traffic and Gardner traffic. Because the sight line is so clear on Everett, it's often overlooked that Southbound traffic must yield to Gardner. Pavement markings could help - there are none.Something - whether additional markings, signage change, or full redesign of the traffic pattern - should be done to improve the safety of this intersection.
