The ice ruts are preventing residents from backing into their driveways. Multiple vehicles (trucks and 4x4 SUVs) have been stuck, making the ruts worse. Husband's F150 has been damaged from bottoming our. If an emergency vehicle had to back in to one of the driveways it would not make it in.
