Road has deep ice ruts. Ruts are anywhere from 6" to 1'
You can no longer safely drive down this road...the ice and the ruts slide your vehicle around. And...this is going at a speed that doesn't register on your speedometer. This is prime conditions for insurance claims. You did have the no parking signs for street cleaning out for 3 days and then removed them without doing anything to address this issue. And..you will need a grader to remove these ice ruts a loader will not do it.
