Description
After Mitchell Drive on Willow St to State St to Warren Pl there are street lamps out. No lighting for underpasses.
Lighting similar to Humprey Street underpass bet James and State needs to be put up. (Thank you for that)
High school students coming from tutoring or college students (like mine) walking home from Yale shuttle need a safe well-lit path.

don't expect them to do anything. The CT DOT exists to funnel money to connected contractors and provide employment for the governor's friends (no matter which party is in power - operates the same way all of the CT government does - totally corrupt).
