I noticed that as well when I drove to work this morning. I had to wait for 5 cars to pass before I could go forward between Bishop and Edwards st. It looks like instead of towing, they went around parked cars.

This issue has been addressed, and hopefully the new mayor will have a better handle on plowing before the next series of storms.

No, it has not been addressed. The inbound side (even) does not have a full lane when cars are parked, which is almost always, because there has not been a second plowing even though State St. is a Snow Emergency Route requiring no parking on either side. Pathetic and absurd.
