no snow plowing, no salt and/or sand on Beacon Ave and on Hillside Ave. Called mayor's office and transferred to CLOSED public works switchboard - TWICE! Emergency ops line answers with a recorded snow emergency message and no one there to answer and direct plows. Not the same operation with the previous administration that I had no love for.

There should be routine plowing and road treatment in addition to the "emergency" clearing of those areas not hit in the previous four storms.

Mayor better get her act together!
