This gray jeep has not been moved for weeks, if not months. It’s taking up much needed space on a very crowded street line with apartment buildings. It’s never move down the street sweeping days and he’s on blocks. The rear left wheel has been flat for the past month and some change if not longer. The car is clearly abandoned, or needs to be in someone’s driveway because it’s not functional & I doubt it’s registered.
