I've referred this to our Public Works Department. When the staff has had a chance to respond I’ll post an update. Thanks for reporting.

Per Public Works, this has been called into Time Warner, to follow up with them, please call 1-866-489-2669.

I'm not following up with them. YOU follow up with them. What does the City do then? Perhaps we need to continue cutting since my tax dollars aren't making much of a dfference? That's it - I'm done with See-Click-Fix-Nothing - because everything I've posted, you've passed on.
