Description

This is where they want to put the new Amherst Rec Center. In the "Amherst school district", meaning city of Lorain. Voter's of Amherst, do NOT let this happen. We already lose to much to that city.

Sorry, but drive over there and look where the border signs are. Also look at a Lorain County border map, that location is within Amherst city limits. The Toyota dealer is in Amherst as well. All of Cooper Foster from the Toyota dealership to North Main is 100% Amherst.

"Amherst Resident" Then why is it tagged as Lorain OH 44053 when I tagged it in that area? I marked the location as being east of the clinic. As you say it is 100% Amherst. The address is Lorain as Google map suggests.

As much as I hate to argue and disagree, here is proof that it is located in Amherst City. The link I am posting below shows a map from the Lorain County Auditor's office that shows that the yellow is Amherst City, and the blue line is the Lorain border, therefore the projected location is within city limits. Just like Target is in Amherst, but Lowe's isn't.

Wow, google map and this site be wrong? No way, if it is on the internet, it must be true? haha. The site is in Amherst, go check the actual county records, it is in Amherst.
