Description

I want to report a bad driver using a City of Oakland vehicle. At 07:20 on 9/9/2020, car with license plate 1177868 was driving recklessly on I-980 connector ramp to EB I-580 and nearly collided with our AC Transit bus. When we passed his vehicle, he was found to be actively watching a video on his phone and not paying attention to the road. Please take necessary actions to ensure roadway safety, especially if you're using official city vehicles.
