Sharraxaadda

This concerns the southbound (towards I-16) Pooler Pkwy left turn signal on to Pine Barren Rd. This signal gives a green left turn arrow regardless of vehicles over the sensor or not. It also seems to be random meaning sometimes it doesn't do this. It is especially annoying at night when I'm coming home from work.
