People are gonna start living in dumpsters soon enough. The street trash and the attitude of not caring is in response to the stress of our government being so racist they can't help people succeed. The dealers and pimps would take care of the garbage if it wrecked their business, it only bothers people of privelege who pretend to give a dang. The ones who really care DO SOMETHING. talk is cheep cheep cheep . take a bag with you and pick up something nasty, doing good has its own reward$$$.

What would really help is some trash cans! There used to be one on Exchange Plaza but it was taken away a few months ago.

The Downtown District Officers will enforce violations when they are observed, we will follow-up with staff about aditional trash cans.
