Playground areas need about 8-12 inches of mulch for safety. Because of the loss of mulch, children cannot get onto the swings (which were evidently attacked by a dog), and the slides spit children out about two feet above the ground.

Has this issue been resolved? We may be able to work on this with the community group next Tuesday at 6PM as well.
