Why is there an advanced turning at the corner of 99 avenue and 99 street by COOP with the southbound traffic sitting on a red with an advanced green turning onto a oneway street? It used to be a green left turn arrow and green light for southboud traffic to keep the traffic moving. Why on earth did that get changed? It screws up that whole stretch now.

We have been out at this intersection and the thru traffic is getting a signal with the advance. I suspect you may have been at the signal when a timing plan changed causing a delay to the thru, but this is not normal operation.
