I see this issue was closed, but the issue was not fixed. This is what this drain looks like right now. It is full of water and mud that sits there and the water flows up and out to the gutter. I’m hoping someone is coming to actually fix it.

Maintenance Services cleared the city maintained outlet yesterday (02/04). There is a v-ditch located on private property that connects to the city outlet that has debris causing the remaining issues.
