Well, I'm stumped on this one. I searched through local ordinances and state laws, but I was not able to find anything about having to remove snow from cars. If it's true, I would love to know where to find this law.
Yep Resident is right...It was set up and put into law following several cars and trucks on the highways having snow blow into traffic behind them causing accidents...
We are closing all the remaining open and acknowledged "snow issues" to get ready for the 2021-2022 season. We appreciate your feedback and adjusted where we could. Over the past year, we have added Public Space Inspectors who can help alleviate some of the snow issues by issuing warnings and tickets. As always, we encourage residents' cooperation and patience. Hopefully this winter season will be an improvement for us all! Thanks.
