This problem is deeper than just illegal dumping. I believe that vagrants such as the “stocky bald bum” are responsible.
Until this man is removed from the area, this will be a regular occurrence.

Has anyone been done about the stocky bald homeless that lives in River Park and pilfers through garbage cans and spreads the trash all around the neighborhood?

I must say quite a few of us have witness this bald bum walking through out the River Park area especially near the store just trashing our city. if something was going to be done about it..it's not too late to get it done. Anyone listening...NOT FARE we all have to suffer with this menace. .

The only ones that seem to care are us tax payers. Why don't city workers get to the root of the incompetence and fix it as all we get are excuses.
