That roadway has been in terrible shape for years. Do the businesses in the area have to pay for the repair themselves or something?

I hit the huge pothole in the middle of that road as it was full of water and I was watching the traffic. It was a good thing that my daughter and I were wearing our seatbelts. The big one has been getting worse each year. Is this the responsibility of the city?

As mentioned above, I hit this hole with my van. Had it looked at yesterday and there is damage to the left side including a bent strut. Please fix this hole as it's dangerous!

It would appear this issue falls under the jurisdiction of Alberta Transportation. The City has notified their maintenance contractor.

Correction: If these potholes are directly on 100th Street these would belong to Alberta Transportation. However, it sounds as if these are closer to the Superstore Gas Bar as you've noted. In this case, it would appear that these potholes and cracks would be the responsibility of the land owner. You will have to contact them for a resolution.

If you were to turn off 100 Street driving towards the Sears Mall with Harley Davidson directly ahead of you. The large pothole is at still on that road between the exit for the Gas Bar and the exit for Wendy's. Is this private land or a city street?
