Opis

The people at 202 w. Rubicam street send their kids to take trash out all week through the alleyway next to a pole on the 5100 block North 2nd street and blocking the alleyway exit/entrance. It stinks and is filthy. Your help would greatly be appreciated. I thank you in advance.
