Beschreibung

License plate AJ78749 (older white/light Oldsmobile) parked at 4 am on 8/5/18, near top of Prospect Ave corner of Highland Ave. A very tall young black male proceeded to attempt to enter vehicles with small tool until house lights went on, then he ran to his car and sped off. He was clearly intoxicated, stumbling and unable to run in a straight line. (Police were notified by neighbor)
