Issues are typically closed when a request for service has been created. What this then means is that this issue has been assessed and, if required, added to the work list for repair. All Work lists are established by order of priority and strategic planning. Our Asphalt Repair Program typically does not start until later in May. Transportation Services has accessed this particular issue and will see if this area requires repair when the summer Asphalt Repair Program begins.
