2 trucks came by the house, inquiring about the alley and we assumed they were going to work on it, but......no work was done.

Citizen called to inquire about this request. He expressed his concern because of the difficulties that this presents in getting his son to the bus stop. Email was sent to department to inquire regarding status of this request.

I am concerned for my grandson, who is in a wheelchair and the alley is very dangerous for him to travel on. Please expedite ASAP. Thank you in advance from TyTy's Nana!

Please move this pothole to the top of the list. This is a hard working family and this child deserves a safe route to and from the bus.

It is very disheartening to see that the city keeps shuffling calls instead of actually repairing the alley for this child and parents. Since he is wheelchair bound and must use this alley twice a day it would seem it should be a priority ad safety should be an issue. Very disappointing Richmond!

Please pave our alleyway. It is hard to drive a vehicle down it much less wheel a wheelchair.

I would prefer if this issue stayed open until the alley is fixed.

As a concerned citizen, i beg of the city to PLEASE fix the alleyway for the family ASAP ! The delay is unacceptable.
