Marilyn and Marcia, we still need to turn on the Neighbor SnowZone and that will take a little more time. When we do you will need to re-plot your request once you get the the email from me announcing that SnowCrew has been activated. I realize this is not optimal but it how we need to make this work for the time being. Stay warm and thanks for your patience.
