I even went so far as opening the doors at Moe's in Cameron Village to disrupt a quiet lunch of 3 RPD officers while 2 jerks outside gunned their straight-piped Harleys. They just looked down at their plates and did nothing. The purpose of this forum is to get the attention of City officials. Hopefully they'll stop hiding behind a city ordinance requiring noise measurements and enforce NCGS §20-128(a) directly. It doesn't need Raleigh's ordinance to be enforced.
