Building is still in disrepair, and has been for the entire 6 years we've lived in the area. Can we seriously get the city involved here and tear this eyesore down or get a remodeler in there and fix it up and sell it as owner-occupied? Please?

This building is still an issue, and may be a safety hazard, as there were children playing on the (caving in) concrete front porch just last weekend. PLEASE MOVE THIS UP YOUR PRIORITIES.
This building was on fire last winter, probably due to people squatting in it. It HAS had a new roof put on and some of the broken glass removed, though there has not been any more work done in a couple of weeks at least. So that's something.
