Whenever it rains, a large pool of water several inches deep accumulates on the street directly in front of my driveway due to improper drainage. Whom should I contact regarding this issue? Thank you.

The crew leader has inspected this location and determined that the job is too intensive for our own crews to complete. He has referred this repair to the inspections team to have it be completed by a contractor. If you have any further questions regarding this repair, please call 817-459-6550 and request to speak with Doug Smith, Inspector.

For non-hazardous issues like this, it can take several months before repairs are made.
