there has been a dumpster out in the street for months. Do they have a permit to keep it there?
This is at the end of the cul de sac behind Hopkins School.
Also, the group home that is at the end of the street is not parking along the curb. This problem has been going on for years. It amazes me that when the area is patrolled that they dont get a ticket or a warning. (maybe the area is not patrolled)
