Someone apparently removed my previous report on the left turn signal from Pooler Pkwy south onto Pine Barren east. Or it's malfunctioning again. Anyway, the left turn signal turns and stays green for traffic turning onto Pine Barren Rd. whether or not vehicles are present. Traffic northbound on Pooler Pkwy is stopped for no reason as a result of this.
