Please see the pictures. The trash is from the town homes on Daniels between Selfridge st. and Sacramento st. Garbage is continually left on the curb, not in containers, and ends up scattered all over the street and walkway. Homeless people and animals end up scattering the garbage all over the place before pickup.
This was actually looking pretty good when I passed by . It is usually much worse.
