Thanks for using SeeClickFix! I am not sure how an E-Mail went out stating that this was taken care of. The last See Click Fix response I sent out stated that this location is not the jurisdiction of City of Vallejo, but is the jurisdiction of California Northern Rail Road. I also stated that this location was under investigation because the people who dumped this stuff were witnessed. I may have closed all other SCF's repeating this issue once I explained.
