I have to agree on this suggestion. But as you make or mark left hand turn signs, Please paint the same arrows in the middle yellow lane at each cross street going up Oakwood (from Tennessee St to Redwood Pkwy). I have witnessed several times a day where a driver in front of me makes a left hand turn from the right straight lane. Drivers do not realize they are to enter the middle yellow lane to make their left hand turn. Someone is going to get rear ended due to this error.

Dead Issue. If someone makes a left turn from an incorrect lane , they shouldn't be driving.

No reported collisions 2017-2018, lane merge arrows in place to alert drivers of lane reduction.

This tom guy is something else i have witnessed close calls all the timeat the intersection of oak wood and Tennessee do your job and fix thisa turning arrow on light would be good as well remember you jacked it up when you put the lines in to close to Tennessee

I might add when you turn onto Tennessee from rolling wood going toward oakwood you Yahoo's went from 1 lane to two lanes to soon my truck is 8 feet wide and when there are cars parked there it can get down to maybe 6 feet wide. Should be moved further down Tennessee where it gets wider. We shouldn't have to report this you guys need to use some common sense. Think before you paint lines people are laughing at you

An Arrow on a light means its a protected green- which in this residential setting Is not needed. If idiots just learn to drive correctly and pay attention then there isnt any issues. This is not a Safety issue, but but another unwarranted stupid complaint.

You guys are something else there is not enough room for you to merge safely and you created the problem because you didn't think. There's maybe 30' that if everyone goes straight will cause problems and i know how to drive but other's do not but I'm in danger because you Yahoo's didn't make the merging lane long enough quit pointing the finger at the none driver's you made this problem. If you don't want to do what we suggested then at least move the merging up oakwood farther just passed the first street on the right but even this is common sense

Please CLOSE this issue. Never had a problem with this. If you live in this town you should already know how to drive and what streets have situations. Drive with situational awareness, common sense & and follow the signs. No engineering changes needed

I have been using this intersection for over 25 years with no concern EXCEPT for certain people that do not want to to follow traffic rules. You can't fix stupid!!
This is a traffic enforcement issue - not a PW issue.

You should submit your request to the COV Engineering Department and state your reasons. Great suggestion!
