South bound at the corner of Oakwood Ave & Skyline Dr there is an approx 1 ft x 1-1/2 ft pothole with large amount of asphalt/gravel covering the South bound lane of traffic. Cars hitting the pothole could be heard from our master bedroom which woke up my husband through out the night. If you check your records this pothole was supposedly fixed earlier this year. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

At the corner of Rollingwood & Springs Rd there is DONATION Collection Box (next to 7-11 parking lot) that has become a dumping ground for clothes & misc items (ie baby car seat). Not sure if collection box is full, clothing & misc items are not just stacked up but thrown in a pile and now wet due to rain.

Mosquito Abatement needed - With all the rain there is stand water which breeds mosquitos. There needs to be some type of drainage and spraying on the greenbelt north bound on Oakwood Ave, just before the Hanns Park walking trail & Wardlaw Elementary. You can view the sitting water on the right side of the road on Oakwood Ave. With the West Nile Virus a concern, mosquitoes are already abundant.

Southbound at the corner of Skyline & Oakwood, patch job on pothole was washed out by the last storm. Rocks & gravel are evident around the pothole. Hole is approx 18-24" where a car can get damaged or flying gravel can hit another car. In reading recent reports there are a few more potholes between Skyline & Tennessee St's.

Brown sofa dumped on the North bound side of North Ascot Pkwy, just pass Turner Pkwy. Sofa was seen partially on the sidewalk and in the street.

Oversized, brown love seat dumped on side of Columbus Pkwy, between cross streets of Benicia Rd & Greenmont.

Continuous illegal dumping of garbage and furniture on this vacant lot.

There are potholes here and there on Oakwood Ave (between Tennessee St & Redwood Pkwy) but in particular in the North bound lane on Oakwood just before Curtis Dr. The hole appears to be wide enough for a tire yet 1-2" deep. Please repair street as cars are swerving to the right hand parking lane to avoid it.

Discarded trash building up on the Vallejo Baseball lots near concession stand located on Rollingwood Dr (cross street - Pope Dr).

With the new stripping on Oakwood from cross streets Tennessee St & Redwood Pkwy, drivers have been seen to make quick U-turns at the corner of Oakwood Ave & Redwood Pkwy. With Redwood Pkwy full of traffic due to cars from Bethel High, parents picking up kids from Wardlaw Elementary & other citizens driving in the area, U-turns should not be allowed at this intersection.
While iddling in the left turn lane WB on Redwood Pkwy to Oakwood when Wardlaw was dismissing students, I witnessed at least 5 cars making fast U-turns at the intersection in midst of people in EB traffic attempting a legal right turn from Redwood Pkwy to Oakwood Ave.
It won't take long before someone (child) will get get hit from these U-turn drivers unless the signs are modified.

Would highly suggest that a blinking STOP sign with repainted lines be done at the corner of Curtis & Tennessee St in front of MIT School. A driver in a blue pick up blew the STOP sign without any sign of braking or slowing down. If it had been school time or if I had been in the middle of my turn we would have been hit. Better STOP signs are needed before a student or driver gets hurt.

Traffic light at Oakwood Ave & Tennessee St, South bound, light fixture over middle lane: the RED light is out/not lit. The yellow & green appear to work.

BUT, before the final striping is perform can someone double check the distance of the white tabs for the double lanes in both direction? When there are cars parked in front of the homes at the crest of the Oakwood Ave hill there is not enough room for a car to pass in the right lane on both sides of the street. Twice now I have encountered this problem especially if someone is getting out of their car at the last minute. I had to swerve into the left lane (both sides) and thank goodness there was no other car in the middle lane or I would have hit their car. This was not a problem prior to the repaving/white markers.

Brown sofa dumped on sidewalk/road on Oakwood Ave across from Wardlaw School. Potential hazard for pedestrians as they would have to walk into roadway to get around the sofa. Redwood St Traffic turning right onto Oakwood Ave would have to avoid pedestrian in road.
